About the CSA
Community-supported agriculture (CSA) is a food production and distribution system that directly connects farmers and consumers. In short; people buy “shares” of a farm’s harvest in advance and then receive a portion of the crops as they’re harvested.
Why join a CSA?
The CSA model gives you a deeper connection with the land you live on and supports sustainable agriculture. With tasty produce, you are helping foster a more direct relationship with your farmer.
By investing early in the season, you ensure that we have the seed, amendments, and equipment necessary to have a successful season and delicious produce.
Ferment and Pickle Club subscriptions run every other week starting June 5th. Click HERE for more info about the Ferment and Pickle Club add-ons!
Join us this season!
The 2024 sign ups for our full season and summer CSA will open in January. You can join a waiting list now by sending an email to info@threegoatsfarm.com.
What to expect
CSA is great for people that like to cook with a wide variety of produce. Each weekly full share will contain a rotating seasonal selection of 5-8 different vegetables, good for a family of 2 adults and 2 children. Half shares are perfect for one to two people, depending on how many veggies you eat. Shares tend to be smaller in the early summer, becoming more abundant in mid-summer and fall.
How it works
The Extended Season CSA subscription runs for 32 weeks from April 24-November 27.
The Summer CSA will run for 20 weeks, from June 5-October 16.
With your purchase, you will receive a weekly email detailing what will be included in your next share.
Payment
Payment plans will be provided to those who want them, please contact info@threegoatsfarm.com or (971) 978-6462.
