Community-supported agriculture (CSA) is a food production and distribution system that directly connects farmers and consumers. In short; people buy “shares” of a farm’s harvest in advance and then receive a portion of the crops as they’re harvested.
Why join a CSA?
The CSA model gives you a deeper connection with the land you live on and supports sustainable agriculture. With tasty produce, you are helping foster a more direct relationship with your farmer.
By investing early in the season, you ensure that we have the seed, amendments, and equipment necessary to have a successful season and delicious produce.

The 2021 sign up for summer CSA is available Feb 1st. The first share will be delivered/picked up on the first week of June. Check below for payment details.
What to expect
CSA is great for people that like to cook with a wide variety of produce. Each weekly full share will contain a rotating seasonal selection of 5-8 different vegetables, good for a family of 4. Half shares are perfect for two people hoping to spice it up in the kitchen. Shares tend to be smaller in the spring, becoming more abundant in the summer and fall.
How it works
The CSA subscription runs for 20 weeks from June 1st through October 12th. Shares will be available to pick up from the farm Tuesdays 4-6pm, or at one of our weekly farmers markets (West Linn and Hawthorne). Farm to home deliveries can be available for a small extra charge.

This is a new mini CSA option for early season produce. This 6 week CSA will run from April 20-May 25, and will consist of mostly spring greens (arugula, lettuce, kale), and some beets and radishes towards the last couple of weeks. We will also include at least two weeks of oyster mushrooms. Price: $90 for 6 weeks, delivery included for Hawthorne, Clackamas, and West Linn. This can be bought individually or in addition to a 20 week CSA share.
Spring CSA Share$90.00
A market share is a money amount that you load onto a Three Goats Farm plastic card and you can then use that amount to buy whatever produce you want from our farmers market stand or our website (with delivery). Market shares don’t expire, if you have any money left over at the end of the season, it will roll over to the next year.
Market shares are good for people who want to be able to pick and choose the produce that they receive every week, and who may want different quantities on different weeks.
- Receive large variety of produce weekly, plus exclusive items that are not sold at the market
- Pick up at market or get it delivered
- Biggest discount for the amount of produce you receive
- Order fulfillment priority (if something were to happen to our crops, we would fulfill CSA shares first)
- Pick the produce you want, in whatever quantity you want
- Shop at the market every week, or order online and get it delivered
- Card balance doesn’t expire
- Bonus credit (10-15%) for signing up earlier in the season
